Pastor Tom came to SBICC in 2005.  He brings 21 years of ministry experience as a lead pastor, youth leader and speaker.  Tom has a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY.  The Delks ( Kathy, Tom, Josh and Lauren) live near Quakertown, and love camping, canoeing and all kinds of music (and are still looking for a good oldies station around here). Kathy coordinates the prayer ministry at SBICC, and leads the Mom’s in Touch chapter at Milford Middle School. Tom is passionate about creating a loving environment where people get connected with God and with each other.

Carol joins the staff at SBICC bringing with her many years of leadership experience. She has a background in human resources, as well as experience as a leader in children’s ministry. For the past eight years, Carol has been a stay-at-home mom raising her four children, Richie, Maizy, Zoe and Isaac. She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. Carol, her husband Rich, and their children live in Hilltown.
